Privacy Policy
Tripod Health Analytics, Inc. Last updated: June 21, 2026
Scope notice. This Privacy Policy applies only to the docs.tripod-health.com documentation site (the "Docs Site"). The Tripod marketing website (tripod-health.com) is covered by a separate Privacy Policy. Use of the Tripod platform application (app.tripod-health.com) and the Trinity Engine API (engine.tripod-health.com) is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and Business Associate Agreement provided to customers at the time of onboarding. Protected health information (PHI) is never collected through the Docs Site.
1. Who We Are

The Docs Site publishes developer and product documentation for the Tripod platform, including the Trinity Engine API.

2. Information We Collect
The Docs Site is a static documentation site, designed to collect as little information as possible. We do not offer account sign-up, contact forms, or comment features, and we do not use analytics, tracking, advertising, or cookies of any kind. The only information involved is described below.
2a. Server Logs (Automatically Collected)
Our hosting provider generates standard server access logs when you request a page. These logs typically include IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, and user-agent string. Logs are retained for a limited period for operational and security purposes (diagnostics, abuse detection). We do not use them to track or profile individual visitors.
2b. Theme Preference (Stored Only in Your Browser)
If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and is not a cookie.
What We Do Not Collect on This Site
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information (there are no forms on the Docs Site)
- Analytics or usage-tracking data; we run no analytics tool and set no cookies
- Payment information
- Personal health information, protected health information (PHI), or any other sensitive personal data
- Comments, forum posts, or any user-generated content
3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell personal information collected via the Docs Site. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only in limited circumstances:
- Hosting and CDN provider — server logs are generated by the infrastructure that serves this site.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights and the safety of others.
- Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share, rent, or sell personal information collected from Docs Site visitors to any other third parties.
5. Cookies
