Scope notice. These Terms govern your use of the docs.tripod-health.com documentation site (the "Docs Site") only. Use of the Tripod marketing website (tripod-health.com) is governed by its own Terms of Service. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the documentation site located at https://docs.tripod-health.com (the "Docs Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Docs Site.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Tripod Health Analytics, Inc. ("Tripod," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Docs Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Docs Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Use of the Docs Site
3a. Permitted Use
You may use the Docs Site for lawful purposes related to learning about Tripod's products, integrating with the Trinity Engine API as an authorized customer, and navigating to Tripod's other web properties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Docs Site for personal, informational, and integration-development purposes. You may reproduce short excerpts and code snippets in your own projects and internal documentation with attribution to Tripod.

The content on the Docs Site is provided for general informational and integration-development purposes only. It does not constitute — and should not be relied upon as — legal, medical, clinical, financial, or other professional advice.
In particular, nothing on the Docs Site constitutes clinical guidance, medical advice, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. The Trinity Engine is a computational tool; outputs must be interpreted by qualified clinicians in the context of a full clinical assessment. Integration and deployment decisions should be made in consultation with qualified legal, clinical, and business advisors.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
